fast-feedback provides customers a license to use our technology, coding, database and applications, to place feedback forms and web forms onto their websites and solicit feedback information from their website visitors. fast-feedback will store the information accepted and provide reporting and download services. By using our site and applications, you agree to accept these Terms of Use and understand our Privacy Policy. fast-feedback reserves the right to modify our services or impose resource (disk, bandwidth or memory) limits at anytime.
The License and ServiceAll fast-feedback services require a license for it’s use, even if our service is free to use. fast-feedback applications can be used on the domain specified and approved by fast-feedback. fast-feedback may elect to ban the use of our services on domains that we choose inappropriate for any reason and without further notice. Licensees cannot duplicate, share or change any code provided by fast-feedback for their use or the use of others. Pricing for our services may be changed from time to time and we will provide email notification and ample time for you to consider the new prices before continuing. In the case of automatic billing, you will be notified of price changes, but will continue to be billed until you notify us that you wish to cancel or change your service.
Warranties and Disclaimersfast-feedback collects user feedback information and stores the information for customers to download and/or view with our system. fast-feedback is not responsible for any of the information gathered received or integrated. fast-feedback disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. fast-feedback does not warrant that the applications used by you, will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. fast-feedback does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials through the License in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Not withstanding the provisions of any applicable laws, it is hereby agreed that in no event shall fast-feedback 's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in respect to the services provided.
Privacy of Data Any Submissions that may be provided through the feedback system by your users and/or received from other commercial systems, which you subscribe to, shall be deemed your sole property. You have the right to download it, delete it or change it. The information we collect is only accessible to fast-feedback and its affiliates and is not disclosed to any non-affiliated third parties and is used by us solely for aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to third parties. fast-feedback will not use or share contact information submitted through fast-feedback’s applications for any reason. Communications and Marketing Materialfast-feedback provides updates, service announcements and marketing materials to our customers from time to time., means that you agree and authorize fast-feedback to make use of the account information you provided during the registration process for this purpose.

You shall notify fast-feedback of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Account.
IndemnityYou agree to indemnify and hold fast-feedback, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our applications.
Governing LawBy using our services, you and fast-feedback agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
Proprietary Rightsfast-feedback retains ownership and all rights to all fast-feedback logos, icons, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, applications and all content therein. In order to protect fast-feedback 's copyrights and other proprietary rights in applications, you undertake not to remove or destroy any of fast-feedback 's proprietary trademark, copyright markings or confidential legends or other identification of proprietary information or intellectual property rights. You will not take any action that might adversely affect the validity of any such markings, legends, identification or ownership, and you will not use such markings, legends, identification or any similar markings, legends or identification in any manner without fast-feedback 's prior written consent.
